Becoming An Agent
If you are tired of working for a premised based call center, this is the right place for you. We understand that night shift hours is very dangerous nowadays. In addition, cost is more when you go to work because you need to pay for transportation and food as well as always thinking of what to wear. Global Homeshoring is the answer to all these. We will give you a change to work from home and be with your kids all the time. We look for skilled, educated, and motivated people to work from home for different accounts. We will definitely find a match according to your needs and skills
Although we don’t charge any fees or require you to purchase any special equipment, most of our projects require:

- A high speed internet connection
- A willingness to work hard
- A desire to be successful

Work & Compensation
How will I get paid?
We offer direct deposit to your designated bank account if you are a new agent. But you must submit BDO cash card information so we may enroll and add to our payroll account for auto-credit facility every payout.
Will I be paid for training?
If you successfully finished your training and was able to finish the nesting period on the account you’re assigned, you will be paid a fixed training fee.
How much can I earn?
Agents are paid based on the number of hours worked, as logged by the Global Homeshoring platform. Some projects provide incentive and will be added to the basic hourly fee rendered within the pay period.
Who determines the hours I work?
Agents can provide their available hours for work, though GHI human resource team determines the hours and schedule, but agents are responsible for those hours once scheduled. Agents who perform well on assigned projects/campaigns and follow through their schedule will be given priority.
What happens when the project ends?
For active agents, who have successfully completed their projects and showed reliability at work will be assigned a new project.
Do you provide benefits?
No. All agents of GHI are Independent Contractors so traditional employee benefits, such as paid time off and SSS, Philhealth, health insurance, cannot be offered. We guarantee though that GHI At-Home agents benefit more in terms of the ability to work on their own available time, at the comfort of home, the time and cost savings of not burning most of your time in heavy traffic going to work.
What documents do I need to submit if I get accepted as an Agent of GHI?
You need to submit copies of your latest issued government ID, NBI clearance or police clearance and list of work reference that we may call for verification. We need the ID’s and NBI clearance to verify your identity. The list of work reference is necessary so we may verify your records from your previous employer.

How do I become an agent of Global Homeshoring?
Complete the agent application form found on this website, make sure you scan the items carefully and answer them completely.
Can I submit my application via email or mail?
GHI gives priority to applicants who submitted their application via the agent application found on our website. You may submit your resume via email but it may take time before we be able to contact you because we check the online applications first.
What happens after I submitted my application?
Once your application reached the HR team, you will be contacted and scheduled an initial interview. You will be given a few tests and asked a few qualifying questions based on the projects available. If you pass the initial interview, you will move to the final interview. If you successfully completed the 2 interviews, you will be scheduled to attend the training for the project you were assigned.
How do I get my application reviewed right away?
Applications are reviewed in the order in which the application was submitted on the website. It is always better to fill up the online application form than submitting a resume via email for higher chances of getting your application reviewed right away.
How do I prepare for my first project?
After your final interview, you will be scheduled to go through a series of training and mock calls prior to beginning work on the project you were assigned.
How long will it take to be selected as GHI At-Home agent?
GHI receives quite a lot of applications from highly qualified agents everyday. It may take a few days or week before you are notified for an interview. But our HR team is continuously reviewing all applications that come in to look for agents that fit the requirements of the projects we currently have.
Do you hire Agents who reside outside of the Philippines?
Yes, we are able to contract with individuals from anywhere in the world; however, we give priority to agents who reside in the Philippines.
