Outbound Call Center Agent (Customer Service)
Interact by phone with doctors, insurance staff, and patients
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact hospitals/clinic or private individuals by phone
- Deliver prepared scripts to follow up or verify patient and insurance information
- Describe products and services
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Obtain customer information
- Obtain possible customer leads
- Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- Follow up on initial contacts
- Complete records of telephonic interactions and accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: College Level
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Attention to details
- High energy level
- Medical background is an advantage (but not a must)
